The School Council is made up of 10 children, one from each class from Year 2 upwards. Each representative is elected by their peers through a formal voting system; this is completed on an annual basis during September.
The School Council meet with Miss Hardy on a regular basis to discuss any issues they bring to the table and to help provide ideas and opportunities for the school going forwards. For example, the School Council came up with the idea of the 'Buddy Benches' and 'Friendship Stops' that you see on the playgrounds. They also uphold the vision and ethos of the school by being exemplary role models to the other children at school. They continually display the 6Rs and code of conduct.
